INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
Nightly Cabin Rates:
Rates are based on double occupancy and include all meals & beverages (with the exception of our Reserve List.) All rates are subject to tax & service charges, as well as minimum length of stay requirements.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of 50%, including applicable state & local taxes (currently 2.9%), as well as a 7.5% service charge is due at the time of booking. Personal check, wire transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) may be used for deposit payment. Final payment is due upon checkout. Deposits are refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 45 days prior to the arrival date.
“Cancellation” is defined as full cancellation, a reduction in number of nights, and/or a reduction in number of accommodations reserved.2010 Holiday Deposit Policy:A non-refundable deposit of 50%, including applicable state & local taxes (currently 2.9%), as well as a 7.5% service charge is due at the time of booking. Arrival & Departure:Arrival is from 3 pm onwards. Departure is prior to 11 am.
Minimum Stays:All rates are subject to Minimum Length of Stay (MLOS) Requirements, and are subject to change at any time.
