INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

Cabin Prices
Prices are per couple per night and do not include taxes and
service charge.

Advance Deposit
A refundable 50% deposit on your entire stay is required to
secure your reservation.

Cancellations & Changes
There is no penalty for cancellations made more than 45 days
prior to arrival date.  Cancellations made within 45 days of the
arrival date will mean forfeiture of your entire deposit.  If you
shorten your stay or wish to change dates within 45 days of
your arrival date you will be responsible for the amount of the
entire stay for the original reservation.

Arrival & Departure
Arrival is from 4 pm onwards. Departure is prior to 11 a.m.

Minimum Stays:
A minimum stay of three nights is required during peak periods,
weekends and holidays.

Minimum occupancy:

WHOLE TOWN RESERVATIONS

We provide accommodations for up to 42 people, three meals daily, and exclusive use of all our facilities including hot springs, banquet areas, library, screening room, and West Fork gym.

A 10% deposit at time of booking.
A further 40% deposit 120 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation
A cancellation within 120 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the deposits paid.

Arrival & Departure
Arrival is from 2:00 pm onwards.
Departure is prior to 11 a.m.

Dining
Meals are served in the Saloon. Menus are set each day. Exceptions are gladly made to accommodate dietary requirements

Children
All children 12 and under stay with parents at half price.

Smoking
Dunton Hot Springs provides a smoke free environment. Smoking is permitted only in certain designated outdoor areas.

Pets
Pets are welcome in the New House and Dunton Store cabins for a $45 surcharge per pet per day.
